About Us

Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd ("TIIH") was incorporated on November 18, 1971 under the name MIDF Industrial Consultants Sdn Bhd (MIDFIC), a pioneer issuing house in Malaysia. Following the transfer of Securities Marketing Division of Malaysia Industrial Development Finance Bhd ("MIDF") to MIDFIC, it was renamed MIDF Consultancy and Corporate Services Sdn Bhd on 24 February 1983. Arising from a change of ownership, MIDFCCS was renamed as Equiniti Services Sdn Bhd on 8 June 2011 until now being acquired and wholly owned by Tricor Malaysia.
