- Assisting clients to maintain timely and effective communication with their shareholders such as, circulating annual reports, circulars and notices of meeting
Corporate Actions
- Providing advisory and consultations to clients pertaining to the implementation of corporate exercises such as bonus issue, rights issue, offer for sale, consolidation/sub-division of shares etc
- Handle cash dividend payment/dividend specie
- Implementation of dividend re-investment plan
- Acting as paying agent
- Management of Employee Share Scheme
- Redemption of loan stock
Company Restructuring
- Providing special and tailor-made services for restructuring projects such as scheme of arrangement, privatization, general offer/cash offer, capital reduction, merger and take-over
General Meeting
- Providing pre-meeting services such as dispatch notice of meeting, review and verify proxy forms received, tabulate proxies and voting instruction
- At general meeting. verify eligibility and register shareholders/proxies attendance for general meeting, furnish status of attendance via our e-meeting system requested from time to time and distribute door gifts/food vouchers/parking ticketing
